Terms of use
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms cover your use of faircopydigital.com, run by FairCopy Digital ("FairCopy," "we"). They're short on purpose. By using the site, you agree to them.
Our work is covered by your agreement
This website describes what we do. It isn't an offer or a contract. When you hire us, a written agreement sets out the scope, price, and terms of the work, and that agreement governs. If anything on this site conflicts with it, the agreement wins.
Prices and savings figures
Prices on this site can change. The price that counts is the one in your written quote.
Your free audit is our honest estimate, based on what you tell us and what we can see of your site from the outside. Typical costs we quote, like the itemized WordPress bill, are averages from published sources, not a promise about your bill.
Articles and guides
Our blog and guides are general information, written to help you make good decisions. They aren't legal, tax, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Prices and features of other companies' products are as published when we wrote about them, and may have changed since.
Product and company names belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us, or we them.
Using our content
The writing, design, and images on this site belong to FairCopy. You're welcome to quote and share them with a link back. Please don't copy whole pages or present our work as your own.
Your website and its content stay yours. Nothing in these terms gives us any rights to them; your agreement covers how we handle them.
Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site. Don't use the audit form to send spam or to pose as someone else.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites when they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
The fine print, kept short
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, FairCopy isn't liable for losses that come from using this website. This doesn't limit anything in your agreement with us, or any rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
